Dispatch Timescales

All products are made to order, and I aim to have all orders that come in lasered and ready to go out within 3-5 working days.

If you need something urgent for a specific event, contact me using the chat feature on the website or the contact form with the details and I'll get back to you as quick as possible to confirm if that's doable.

The same goes if you want to potentially get a combined shipping quote if you plan to buy multiple things.  If you provide me with the details of what you would be ordering and where to, I can get the weight and box measurements and then issue an invoice that's specific to that order as opposed to an estimation which would sometimes be the case when adding a variety of items.

International orders and services used

Orders to USA are sent via tracked USPS.  You will be provided with the tracking details once the item is dispatched (so within about 3-5 working days).

Elsewhere, it'll likely be sent via Royal Mail in the UK but then be handed to your national postal service in your home country.

If you are having an issue ordering to a country that I've potentially not yet shipped to and not yet enabled here yet, just send a message and I will research the postal costs and try and work to make that available.

Taxes

Currently, no international taxes are charged at checkout here at Spoonlagoon.net  Depending on the customs laws in your country you may be asked to pay taxes on your order once it arrives.

It tends to be higher cost order totals that would be more likely to be flagged, but just be that your local taxes may apply and you would need to pay them before you receive your item.

Generally speaking your local post office or the courier used will contact you about this before they deliver your order.  If two weeks have passed and you have received no sign of the delivery I would recommend contacting your local post office first to see if it's being held there.  It sometimes helps to provide a phone number which I can add to your address information so that your post office can contact you if they are holding a parcel for you.
