Returns

Should you have an issue with your order and potentially require a replacement or a return for a refund, then please contact me within 14 days of the order arriving to you.

I pride myself on my work here with all my laser engraving, so I would count it as incredibly rare that I would knowingly send anything out that doesn't look as good as it does in my photographs (most things usually look even better in person).

But rest assured I will always look to help whenever an issue arrives.  The thing that drives me to do what I do here is the knowledge that I'm making people all over the world laugh and smile when they get their orders.
